What type of problems do you treat?

We treat musculoskeletal imbalances and pain, often gained by working long hours with technology devices such as mobile phones, computers and ipads. But also sore and achy muscles gained by looking down at our children or exercising.


Where can I come for a session?

Currently, we offer client appointments on Thursdays 09:30am – 2:30pm and Saturdays 09:00am - 1:00pm at the Footcare Centre in Weybridge (8 Monument Green, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8QS). The rest of the days, we offer home visits with different time slots. Please call to enquire further about slots available for you.


What if I come to see you and my problem is not soft tissue (muscular) related?

If we feel that you would not benefit from our therapy, we will be happy to refer you to trusted, excellent local professional so you can achieve desired results. Say your pain is coming from a joint/bone or you have neural symptoms, we can advise which physiotherapist to see who specialises in the particular area (such as knee pain) so that you can avoid the often long-winded road to find the help you need.


What should I expect when I see you and what should I wear?

You will receive a warm welcome and if you haven’t seen us previously, we will ask you to fill in a short form stating your personal details such as an address and a reason for your visit as well as a quick medical questionnaire to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you. Then we will discuss the course of treatment. The best thing to wear are comfortable underwear (and a bra) as you will be lying down on a physio couch during the treatment, covered with a large towel, only areas worked on will be uncovered. The therapist will ensure the pressure is comfortable at all times.

Please note: Sometimes deep tissue work can be uncomfortable but shouldn’t be painful enough for you to tense up. We use only enough pressure to get a good response from soft tissues; this will be communicated during your session.

At the end of your session, the therapist will step out and let you get dressed, then discuss home exercises/stretches to further enhance the results from your treatment. These are important to do for optimum healing. The therapist will then take your payment and schedule a follow up appointment for you if needed.

We accept payment in cash, cheque and cards.


How do I book a session?

What if I can’t come to the clinic?

Out of the clinic hours, we offer home visits – we bring the physio couch to the comfort of your home. We will ask you to provide 2 large towels and one small one and 2 pillows. Please let us know during booking whether there are any parking issues by your home or staircase.

Please note that home visits may incur an additional charge for time travel if you live outside of Weybridge, Walton, Cobham, Esher, Hersham and Addlestone. You will be advised of this at the time of booking.
